1.Open your XP User Account control. To do this, click on Start, "Control
Panel," "User Accounts," "Change an account," then choose the user
account for which you wish to remove the password.

2.Select "Remove the password" from the list of options. You will be
prompted to enter the current password for the account selected.

3.Input the password and press "Remove password" (or hit Enter). Your
password protection will now be removed.
